After years of shopping at impersonal warehouses and dimly lit, cramped comic shops, husband and wife creative team Percy and Kimberly Johnson knew there had to be a better way to bring you all the fiction you love to read – from comics to literary classics – in an intimate and pleasing way. So in October of 2007, we opened Comics & Classics to be the premier local spot in Northeast Florida to enjoy books and art you love!

At Comics & Classics, we love comics, graphic novels, manga, and fiction of all genres because we believe good storytelling is good storytelling. It’s our passion and promise to bring you only the best in the business.

Not just a bookstore, we created Comics & Classics to bring you original comic art and fine prints sure to inspire and delight. And we’ve added special extras for your enjoyment – a reading lounge, gaming tables, and the C & C Café, serving natural and organic drinks and snacks.
